Make it so Kits, Warps, etc aren't Case Sensitive

It will only let the player get a kit or tp to a warp if they spell it exactly how its listed. This means that if the warp is /Warp Rules but they type in /Warp rules they won't be able to warp to it. Same goes with Kits
