Export based on tag(s)

I'm not sure this deserves its own issue, but a limitation I find discouraging is not being able to automatically chose what is published.

Most Vaults will be a mix of private and public information, of finished and unfinished notes, and so on. Obsidian Publish allows the control of what gets published by simply adding a publish: true property to the frontmatter. I'd say this is an essential feature that appears to be missing from the plugin!
