Describe the bug

For some reason all my export with or without graph end up with TOC on the right instead of on the left. Also table of contents of the individual section is missing as well.

Okay, it seems I've misunderstood the options. The file tree is set to appear on the left by default, and the table of contents (TOC) appears on the right if the "include document outline" feature is enabled.

In a situation like mine, where my file tree is empty, I would prefer to have the option to place the document outline TOC on the left if I choose to do so, while keeping the TOC for the currently opened section on the right.

Thanks, I plan on adding support for rearranging the positions of things in the future, but for now you are stuck with the default positions.
