Export multiple files down into one single .html file

Some people may want to share a whole vault with someone to read as requested here: Export Complete Vault as Single HTML

This feature would embed all the exported files into a single html file. This would result in a file that would load slowly but once it was loaded would run quite fast as everything would already be in memory. If the vault gets too big this may not be possible because of excessive memory usage.
