Add support for tooltips / file preview on internal links

Describe the solution you'd like
Please correct me if this has already been requested, but I would like too see support for tool-tips on internal links. It would mean that when you hover over a link, you'd get to see a mini-frame with the file content displayed in it. This also works on the official Obsidian help documentation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no alternative I can think of. The only thing I can do is to click on the internal link to view what's inside, which defeats the whole idea.
