Lab culture page

Add a page at the top level (so it appears in the menu bar) that introduces our lab culture to prospective students.

• Photos of the new lab environment
• list of things we do (lab teachings, retreats, etc.)

@aribenjamin, should we try to wrap this issue? it shouldn't take that long.

I can add a few photos:

• You can't be mad with a cone in your claw
• Tiny dinosaurs

I ended up just adding a section in the About tab - I think that's the right place instead of a new top-level page. But I totally support adding these pictures if you want to do that
