Failing build

Hello,

The build is failing for the NPM release. Is the intent for the job to run on every push to the master branch? If not, is the best solution to check for a version change in js-lib/package.json somehow or another method?

I don't know if there is a good solution. So far, it will fail if the version is already published. I'm not sure if we can prevent that failure or at least make it more OK. ;-)

We don't want to publish a new version if the code has not changed on the pure JS side... That is why the version bump is manual.

Yeah, wasn't sure on a great solution either. I'm thinking parsing package.json could work? Maybe using the Linux jq tool?
