Users are confused when they hear there are CT specific Window/Level presets, but don't see them because they loaded a non CT modality.

MR modality

Consiter showing collapsed, disabled section for "Presets" accordion section. Follows "Disable over hide" UI heuristic.

Other W/L menu nitpicks

No scroll bar on menu when window height is small
If image has no other presets, expand "Auto Window/Level" section by default.
There are is a "Window Center & Width Explanation" tag (0028,1055) that would replace the "Tag 1", "Tag 2" labels under "Data Specific Presets"
