This update process will include the following:

Backend:

Hosting website on a Kitura server
Deploying that kitura server onto IBM Cloud
Using Kubernetes as the deployment option
Ensure redirects are in place for old docs to new docs
Add a CD pipeline for the deployment

Frontend:

Redesign website to ensure getting started and learning paths are smooth
Redesign to include Community page where users can host their own projects/tutorials
Redesign to include centralised location for API docs
Redesign to include an improved privacy policy
Development of new design
Use a frontend framework instead of raw JS
Enable docs to be written in Markdown
Convert current docs to Markdown so they're easier to edit for everyone

Other:

Improve SEO
