What To Research

Do some research to see if keyboard functionality can use the CapsLock and NumLock keys. Last attempt showed some difficulty with implementing this due to the limitations of SILK and at a lower level, the native window library implementation which is both and or combination of GLFW and SDL.

Note There is commented code in the KeyboardState struct for the CapsLock and NumLock using properties.
