Hello teacher, I extracted the chloroplast genome from the whole genome of a higher plant, do I need the chloroplast reference genome of this species, or can I directly use the higher plant genome that comes with Getorganelle? (Reference sequence library in Getorganelle) Thanks to the teacher for answering.
