Sidebar on the left and open new tab button at the bottom

The sidebar is on the left side of the browser, and the open new tab button is all the way at the bottom. Is there anyway to change these?

@J4N4RI actually for the sidebar alignment I haven't ran into this issue, if you carefully follow the instruction.

However for the new tab problem which you asked
you have to open Sidebery settings, (if you don't know how, r-click on the extension Open settings) go to the Position of new tab section on the left tree side you can choose and set the Place new tab(general rule) to panel start you can easily configure it by your choice.

Okay, the open new tab placement has been solved, but I followed the instruction very carefully and did each step in order, but the sidebar is still on the left of the browser.
