I get the "An item with the same key has already been added" error when I removed some items from a dropdown, it seems rather than update the dropdown it tried to re-insert it.
Only way to fix was to remove the update from usync then manually change it on every deployment step.

Usync v4.0.15

Steps to repeat: make sure dropdown exists, then remove a couple of items from near top and middle (unsure if the order change of CDATA is what is messing it up) so that some of the ones that already existed and are still present are shifted in position. Shoot it through and watch the YSOD.
