Firstly, thanks for your work.

Please, clould you add alerts which notify when it's going to rain or when it will go down the temperature?

This would be a great enhancement.
It would be best to make it as generic as possible, enabling you to set an alarm for any weather condition (rain, sun, snow, ...) or numeric parameter (temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction). It should have a time frame option in order to set how many days/hours in advance you would like to get an alert.

Regarding weather conditions, OWM has too many of them, they should be grouped like OWM does at http://openweathermap.org/weather-conditions allowing an alert to fire if it matches any condition from that group. Otherwise it would clutter the UI with too many options.
