기념일 추가 화면 구성

🛠 작업 내용

  • 기념일 추가 화면 UI 구성
  • 기념일 메인 화면과 연결
  • 선택한 해시태그는 앞으로 정렬
  • 기념일 종류가 '날짜수'일 경우, 날짜 입력할 때 미래 날짜는 입력 불가

💬 기타 사항

  • 기념일 해시태그 종류 미정
