🛠 작업 내용

기념일 상세 화면 UI 구성
기념일 메인 화면과 연결
RecyclerView Data Class 수정
해시태그 없으면 해시태그 레이아웃 gone 처리

💬 기타 사항

기념일 해시태그가 아무것도 없을 경우, 원래 해시태그가 있던 부분을 없애고 기존 디자인의 디데이랑 해시태그 사이 간격으로 함
