📍 구현할 기능

판매자 상품 추가 화면 3차 디자인 추가

🛠 작업 내용

추가된 화면 구성
+ 버튼을 누를 경우 아래의 디자인 추가 사항 recyclerview에 추가
x 버튼을 누를 경우 해당 item recyclerview에서 삭제
recyclerview 가운데에 있는 divider 구현
판매자 상품 수정 화면에 디자인 추가 요금 리스트 데이터도 보여주기
API 재연결(상품 추가, 수정)
