Column filters

Let's assume a scenario where we have millions of different values for a string column, and we want to filter all such values that starts with a particular word. Now, when I am started typing search value in Filter Rule Setting, I am getting hundreds of values. Now, here the process is just searching the value but not selecting it for filters and thus I have to end up choosing (clicking on checkboxes) each and every value manually. Is there any way to make this happen without choosing manually ?
