Inconsistent size of images on project_contributors #128

Image size on https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors is not consistent (on small-screened devices).

How to reproduce:

go to https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors
resize window
See inconsistent sized images.

Expected behaviour

All images should have same size.
