Media revision

The story

As a user,
I want to update tags of an instance that already exists in the database,
so that instances' tagging can be refined over time.

Acceptance criteria

Navigation link

• Add a link to the navigation bar that redirects user to the Revision page.
• The link consists of a "Revision" label and an appropriate icon (something related to editing, e.g. a pencil icon).
• The text label should hide as the screen width shrinks (when?)

In-browse revision

• Whilst browsing media, a Revision button should be present near the instance displayed.
• When clicked, a Revision popup appears, filled with the details of a currently browsed instance.

Revision page

• When redirected from the homepage, the RP should have no visible media instances.
• ...

Authorisation

• User can revise all the media instances they can browse. In particular:
  • A can revise A's media
  • A can revise B's public media
  • A cannot revise B's private media
