Blacklist channels or pick channel for artist

Pain

This feature came to mind because I would really love to blacklist Vevo and their obsession to censor explicit language. For some songs their censorship is really frustrating. Manually changing the source for each song works, but it's not convenient to do it for entire playlists.

Suggested solution

Either allow blacklisting channels through keyword and/or allow picking a preferred channel for each artist. #730 would also sort of work.
