Kahranna's side quest has questionable ethics

As reported here:

In the refugee quad, lying to Kahranna and failing the persuasion check to increase the fee to 800 credits somehow starts the quest where she expects you to find a pilot. Going to Sasquesh next opens the dialogue ‘I tricked kahranna out of some credits, want a cut?’

I also remember it being pointed out, I think on the StrategyWiki, that failing to trick Kahranna and the promising to find a pilot yields more light side points than the alternative. There might be a few things about this quest that are wonky and worth looking into.
