Small error in tar02_preraid.dlg

Really small little nitpick, but StrRed 40464 doesn't match its VO. The exisiting dialog begins with "Okay you alien scum!" and so on, wheras the VO says "Right, you alien scum!" instead. Too small an error to bother releasing an individual fix for, but I figure it's the type of thing that could be included here.

My updated dialog.tlk file takes care of inconsistencies like that one.

I believe DP said that such textual corrections are outside the scope of the K1 CP.
