When entering the Krayt Dragon cave for the first time after defeating the Krayt Dragon, if you have the camera directly facing the player as you walk towards the Star Map you can see Calo, and presumably Darth Bandon, spawn in the distance. You can then leave the cave and fight Calo or Bandon without opening the Star Map.
A way this can be fixed is by moving the spawn function from a trigger (I am assuming it's a trigger) to the Star Map's dialogue. This way, it will be impossible to see Calo/Bandon spawn in behind you.

It can't be linked to the star map because there's no guarantee you'll actually be in the cave to use the map when you trigger either scene. You could have gone back there at some point solely to get the holocron for Bastila after previously getting the Tatooine map as your second (technically third) map, for example. It may be possible to adjust the trigger however.
