DBPTK Database Preservation Toolkit als SIARD-Handling Tool in KOST-Tools integrieren.

Folgende Anforderungen sind bereits getestet:

aktuelles Tool (https://github.com/keeps/dbptk-ui/releases)
Open-Source
LGPL v3

Jedoch ist noch unklar ob es integriert werden kann, da es eine exe ist (ggf. eigener Installer)

Aktuell wird erst SIARD v2.1 unterstützt.
-> abwarten das 2.2 unterstützt wird
