User could provide a resource Uri to open or user might receive this as part of a link to the app store.

If app descriptions include a type registration or shape, the app store can filter to apps that support the resource.

As a further extension if the app description provides a resource template, opening the app can go directly to the resource, similar to approach in https://github.com/phochste/AcmePlugin/
