I'm attempting to use MiniPC with location data acquired from the behaviour cam that is built into the miniscope DAQ software. I'm having a couple problems in doing so:
The frame sync functions seem to be completely unnecessary in this use case
With the current version of the DAQ software, the timestamps from the miniscope and behaviour cam are saved in two separate .csv files, rather than the interleaved format that the MiniPC script is expecting and that which is shown in the sample data.
Is there as straightforward way to bypass these parts of the ezlocTrack_V3_2TS function in order to generate the necessary output variables for the rest of the analysis?
Thanks very much,
Gavin
