📝 Description

현재 서비스 코드에 반복적인 if-else 문으로 작성되어 있는 코드들이 꽤 있다.

이를 객체로 분리하여 관리할 순 없는지 고민해보고, 개선한다.

ex) PostService.getPosts() 등...
