unable to install julia client #757

What is the error? Did you follow http://docs.junolab.org/latest/man/installation/?

It goes for an infinite long installation time at my office pc.
For my laptop
ERROR: LoadError: SystemError: opening file "C:\\Users\\DELL
PC\\.julia\\registries\\General\\Registry.toml": No such file or directory
this error reflects

It seems your Julia installation itself is faulty not the julia-client! Download Julia from https://julialang-s3.julialang.org/bin/winnt/x64/1.4/julia-1.4.2-win64.exe, and install it with the default options. Then install Juno using these instructions: http://docs.junolab.org/latest/man/installation/#.-Install-Juno-1 |
