0.3.2 broken on Windows 11

After updating from 0.3.1 to 0.3.2 on Windows 11 (x64) fast-ssh.exe doesn't show the menu at all, first entry from .ssh/config is automatically picked and connection is initiated.
Same behavior when using Powershell and Command Line (cmd.exe), cmd seems to be slower to draw on screen so the menu actually gets drawn but immediately disappear and ssh is invoked.
After downgrade back to 0.3.1 it works again.
