How do you test package locally

Sorry for noob question. Trying to understand codebase and contribute. There's no project.toml in test directory how do you test locally?

From the repl, just do ] test HTTP; or using plain package commands, you can do: using Pkg; Pkg.test("HTTP"). That will take care of installing any test dependencies needed.
