Help: libpython3.10.dylib could not be opened

I am trying to use Python in a conda environment called latest.

ENV["JULIA_CONDAPKG_BACKEND"] = "Null"
ENV["JULIA_PYTHONCALL_EXE"] = "/Users/my_name/opt/anaconda3/envs/latest/bin/python3.10"
using PythonCall

But, the above code generates the following error:

I'm not sure. Does that dylib file exist? Is your Conda environment already activated?
