Sliders not appearing with Interact

I just tried to use Interact.jl but sliders aren't appearing:

I've installed via julia> Conda.pip("install", "webio_jupyter_extension")

I have the same problem. It looks like it is running but it just can't display the slider. I am able to display a slider using WebIO so it must be a problem with Interact.
