DecisionTreeClassifier and DecisionTreeRegressor from ScikitLearn.jl are not available. It would be great to have them exposed besides the ones from DecisionTree.jl.

I think providing wraps of python code where there is a pure julia alternative is pretty low priority. However, I'm guessing the sk-learn version provides features missing in the other? Would be good to record these here and/or make requests for inclusion at DecisionTree.jl

I may resurrect KoalaTrees at some point (allows for unordered factors), so I am particularly interested in this.
