Images for Time/Date etc?

Hi, thanks for this cool project.

I'm now curious where I can find proper images for e.g. time and date.
Other than being png, do some reusable ones exist already and if not, what is expected them to look like,
e.g. will they contain numbers 0-9 or something similar?

Found it by opening an existing bin. It's one image per number.
