能否加入国内银行app默认走直连不走代理？ #398

经常很多银行app因为代理了，就不能进入了，强制退出。

刚搜了下，一些国内的APP（网上国网、银行APP等）会拒绝运行，解决方法：设置 -> 代理，把代理类型从 http 改为 none（即tun模式）。这样调整后会对其他规则有啥影响么？
