I have been trying to relate your paper to the preprocessed data but I am finding it difficult to relate.

In the paper we have feature consisting of content and context. Is that the features, user feature and concept embedding? With the feature as the context feature. The the adjacency matrix consists of all metapaths of between users and between concepts? Please how do you achieve this?

Also why is the user feature in diagonal form
