figure style problem (no dark)

Dear Dr. JianYang,

I hope this email finds you well.

First, I would like to thank you for developing gsMap. It has been extremely helpful for our analysis of cell-type–specific genetic architecture.

I am currently using the run_report module and would like to generate the heritability distribution plots with a dark background for better visual contrast and presentation purposes. According to the documentation, I set the parameter --fig_style dark.

However, the generated figures still appear with a white background, and the style does not seem to change. I was wondering whether this might be version-related, or if additional configuration is required for the dark style to take effect in the report module.

Could you kindly advise whether this functionality is fully supported in the current version, or if there is a recommended way to enable dark-background figures?

Hi,

The dark mode of the web report is not supported yet.
You can use scanpy to plot the gsMap results with your customized style. The gsMap results are stored in ./spatial_ldsc.
