Hello!

First off; Awesome gradle plugin, thank you for creating it!

I notice one of the guiding principles of Keep a Changelog is:

The release date of each version is displayed.

I see the default header is currently set to: { "[${project.version}]" } - what are the thoughts of changing the default to instead be "[${project.version}] - ${date()}" given the above guiding principle?
