Types from ProjectReferences are not resolved in T4 runtime templates

• create a T4 runtime template
• in the partial file pass in some Data that is defined in another project and provide it as a property
• try to access that property in the T4 runtime template
  -> ReSharper marks the property red -> can't be resolved

Hello @TFTomSun and thank you for your report! I could not reproduce the issue. Could you attach a sample project in which this issue reproduces? Also, please, make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. Thank you in advance for your help!
