  1. Пользователь получает видео с веб-камеры
  2. Кодирует chunk видео (уменьшая размер)
  3. Пингует веб-сокет о том, что он готов послать запрос (может послать ключик)
  4. Сервер отпинговывает его
  5. Если успел - посылает видео
