Hi Jason,
I am trying to use the notify_by_xmpp script to send alerts but none of these ENVs get populated just from a host down alert:

$xmpp_text = "$ENV{NAGIOS_NOTIFICATIONTYPE}: $ENV{NAGIOS_HOSTNAME} is $ENV{NAGIOS_HOSTSTATE}: $ENV{NAGIOS_HOSTOUTPUT} ($ENV{NAGIOS_SHORTDATETIME})";

All i get on my XMPP client is : is : ()
Any ideas?
