I'm using a hard drive plugged into my router, but rclone cannot find the directory?

Hi there!

I've plugged my hard drive into my router, set it up through FTP, and can access it from Filezilla on my PC. I have a folder called RetroArch there, but rclone on my raspberry pi cannot find the directory. I know I've set up something wrong, but no clue what. FTP username and password match the account authentication set on the router for the drive share.

Any help would be appreciated!
