Firefox not opening the generated html file

Hej,
I have the following setup:

• Debian buster/sid
• Firefox v54
• xdotool version 3.20160805.1
• Markdown version 1.0.1

Running :call Vim_Markdown_Preview() gives me a popup saying Firefox is already running but does not respond. [...]. However, the html file is generated in /tmp and I can view it by running firefox /tmp/vim-markdown-preview.html.

Any ideas on this?

Ok, I have a preview when adding the file ~/.mailcap containing

text/html; /usr/bin/firefox %s; description=HTML Text; test=test -n "$DISPLAY";  nametemplate=%s.html

This starts the see tool here. Now I run into #68, but that's a different story ;)
