[BUG] AMD Boost Profile doesn't work #257

Describe the bug
AMD Boost Profile toggler doesn't change boost behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to Custom Presets
Click on AMD Boost Profile
Scroll down to Power Saving
Nothing changed

Expected behaviour
Processor should work with pover saving option (same as RyzenAdj --power-saving)

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Windows 10 22H2 19045.4651, AMD Ryzen 4500u, hp envy x360 13, UXTU 2.3.2.0

Additional context
When i use RyzenAdj with --power-saving, it's works as aspected.
