After enabling "Adaptive Mode" I experienced high CPU usage in several threads.

There is a polling rate configuration window, and this happens when it is set to "2".

After increasing this value to "8" I got a significant reduction in usage:

But power consumption is still noticeable.

Could you please fix this polling?

In general I don't like the switching algorithm. I have set different power limits for games and I see how the parameter "Power Limit" increases gradually with a step of 2 every "polling rate" seconds. And this is very slow. I expected it to be as fast as decreasing to the default value after closing the game.
