Describe the bug
When intel VT is enabled (by default), launching the software will cause a blue screen, SECURE_PCI_CONFIG_SPACE_ACCESS_VIOLATION HwRwDrv.x64
When intel VT is disabled, launching the software will cause the system to freeze and you can only shut down by long pressing the power button

  • OS Version: Windows 11 24H2

Additional context
Universal x86 Tuning Utility 2.3.1
Core isolation is all OFF
