Need help with fully uninstalling uxtu for clean re download

Hi guys im a little new to pc's in general but i wanted to know what i need to do to completely remove uxtu from my pc. Ive deleted it multiple times already but for some reason the computer still has all the old information/settings already pre-saved. Is there files like in the cdrive somewhere that i have to personally go to and delete inorder to get the completely new install? If anyone can help me with this thank you so much
