VPN disturbs PDF to be correctly shown (self-answered)

Hi!

I've just suffered by an issue that LaTeX Workshop PDF viewer does not work correctly.
VS code tab showed a blank page, and the browser said CONNECTION_REFUSED when I selected "View LaTeX PDF in browser" option.

The more exact symptom is described in here: #3233

If you suffering the same problem, check whether your VPN is turned on.

In my case, a VPN tunnel to my university was disturbed LaTeX Workshop extension to work correctly.
