Ability To Resend To Different Email

When choosing to resend an email, it would be nice to be able to change the recipient email or even add additional recipients, if need be. For example, our WooCoomerce store orders are sent to one main email that automatically forwards to four recipients who are involved with fulfilling the order.

However, there are times when I need to resend one of these emails, but I only want to send it to myself (I'm one of the four previously mentioned) rather than it go out again to the whole group. Or, there may be a time when we need to test something and resend the email but to an entirely different email for such a test.
